Since the very beginning O3 Enterprise invests its energy and passion in customer care, we know how important is the after sales experience, and for this reason our support team offers the following professional services:
- This service is proposed when a new installation is foreseen and the overall structure has to be designed, from the hardware to software point of view. O3 Enterprise can sit side by side to the technical staff of the customer to design the best architecture for its needs, since O3 Enterprise usually does not sell hardware and general software (operative systems, databases or application servers). This decision has been taken thinking about the customers: they can feel free to choose the best setup, to buy new devices or reuse already present hardware, reducing costs and keeping control of their server farm.
- Installation and configuration
- O3 Enterprise is able to install the software remotely in order to speed-up the process without the need of moving personnel, unless the customer requests a local presence. A remote access to the server is needed, better via VPN; the configuration of the system can be managed remotely as well.
- O3 Enterprise offers a customization service for the O3 products, tailoring them on specific customer's needs. The whole development process follows the ISO 13485 standard, and O3 Enterprise can guarantee to cover immediately the tuned versions with the CE mark
- Assistance and Maintenance
- O3 Enterprise has a rigid protocol for the management of each installation, checking all parameters needed to guarantee high levels of SLA. Our assistance staff can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
- O3 Enterprise is able to propose the customer professional trainings on O3 software, DICOM, HL7 and IHE in international contexts. The courses can be delivered in physical classes or through remote ones.
- CE mark
- Thanks to the ISO 13485 certification achieved in 2010, O3 Enterprise offers its customers the CE MARK on each O3 installed solution, taking the responsibility of the software functionalities.
