O3 Enterprise offers professional services to who has decided to use o3 software in its environment. The services are basically the following:

• Consultancy
  This service is needed when a new installation should be done and the overall structure has to be designed, from hardware to software. Usually O3 Enterprise does not sell hardware and general software (Operative systems, databases or application servers) but is able to sit side by side to the technical staff of the customer, designing the best hardware architecture for its needs.
• The choice of not offering hardware and general software is in order to keep customers free to choose the best architecture for their need and to let them buy new devices or reuse already present hardware, with the goal of reducing costs and letting customers keep control of their server farm
• Installation and configuration
  O3 Enterprise is able to install the software remotely in order to speed-up the process without moving personell but only data, unless the customer need a local presence. Only a remote access to the server is needed, best if thorugh VPN. Even the configuration can be done remotely so the system can be up and running in short time.
• Customization
  O3 Enterprise has internally all the competencies to modify the code of o3 solutions, in order to personalize or customize them tailoring the solution on the customer's needs. The whole development process follows the ISO 13485 standard so o3 Enterprise can guarantee to cover immediatly all new versions with CE mark
• Assistance and Maintenance
  O3 Enterprise has a rigid protocol in order to manage the installation, checking all parameters needed to guarantee high level of SLA. Our assistance staff can be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
• Training
  O3 Enterprise is able to propose the customer courses on o3 software as well as on DICOM, HL7 and IHE in international contexts. The courses can be delivered in physical classes or through remote ones.
• CE MARK
  Thanks to the ISO 13485 certification achieved in 2010, O3 Enterprise offers its customers the CE MARK on all o3 software delivered, taking responsability of the software functioning.
