O3 Enterprise is a Spin-off company of the University of Trieste born with the goal of offering professional services on O3 Consortium solutions, to assure that all the systems are well managed and constantly up-to-date, respecting all the SLA dealt with the customer.
PACS, XDS, regional archives, Class IIa medical workstations: different levels of criticality require different approaches, and for this reason O3 Enterprise differentiates the offer for the maintenance program. Basic assistance, advanced assistance and 7/7 24h/24h worldwide telephone assistance are few examples of how O3 Enterprise cares about its implementations.
