In this section all most important experiences of o3 enterprise are summarized in order to show what it is possible to do with the software.

It is proved by facts that the software can be installed in heterogeneus environments, solving different needs from various clinical specialties.

• Civil Hospital of Padua (Italy), in which O3-DPACS is managing all the images from radiology of the whole hospital and its satellites
• Molinette Hospital of Turin (Italy), in which O3 software has been used for 2 radiology departments
• Public regional consortium CSI from Piemonte region (Italy), in which O3 software is acting as the central repository of images and for teleradiology and second-opinion.
• Cardarelli Hospital of Naples (Italy), in which O3 software is managing the images gathered from several endoscopes
• Ruwaard Van Putten Hospital (The Netherlands), in which O3-DPACS stores and distributes non radiological images and video clips from surgery rooms
