O3 Consortium and o3 Enterprise are looking for external developers (both companies and freelances) which would like to contribute to the project, even receiving a payment for this. In fact our policy is to outsource some developments in order to speed up the code production. Obviously there are some constraints in order to select the developers because we have to mantain our quality development process. The list of minimum requirements are listed in the matrix below, in which:

• (**) means basic overal Knowledge
• (*) means optional knowledge
